MT. REXMORE, LOCATED IN THE HILLS BETWEEN CHATSWORTH AND SIMI VALLEY, CALIFORNIA

Mt. Rexmore is a 118 acre wilderness preserve purchased by the Chatsworth Pinnacles Wilderness Project in late 2013. The property includes two peaks and a system of hiking trails.

The property is a key link in the the wildlife and hiking corridor that connects Los Angeles and Ventura County's park systems to those in the rest of California.
The property hosts a large population of deer and smaller native animals. The land also has rocky outcrops which are home to the federally-protected endangered species known as the Santa Susana Tarplant  (Photos from Google)

Chatsworth Pinnacles Wilderness Project is an IRS-recognized tax-deductible California charitable non-profit corporation. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 451153, Los Angeles, CA 90045
